As a Marinade:  Simply add to your meat and coat well on all sides, and then refrigerate. Discard excess marinade.

Marinade Times: 

Seafood 30 minutes • Poultry 2-4 hours • Beef and Pork 4-24 hours

As a Grilling Sauce: brush on fresh marinade, when grilling, roasting, and baking, using clean, utensils, and enjoy!
